    While social distancing may have resulted in restrictions to site visits, we’re committed to making the best use of technology to assist you with any technical queries.  Our team of highly skilled engineers are on hand via phone and email to diagnose any weighing issues, provide self-help guidance for less complex faults or can arrange for your equipment to be inspected and repaired at our Service Centre.
  1. Site-visit preparation
    Irrespective of these challenging times, we strive to exceed your expectations and deliver on our promises.  That’s why we’ve put extra measures in place to ensure we can provide required on-site repairs or servicing and calibrations without delay. Before we visit, we’ll:
    • Ask for written confirmation of requested services:
      This precaution will provide the necessary documentation to satisfy travel checkpoints.
    • Understand any special on-site requirements:
      We’ll follow any special arrangements you have in place due to COVID-19 and advise on any necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.
    • Confirm your site visit on the day:
      To ensure we have the latest information, we’ll contact you on the day to check that your scheduled visit can go ahead as planned.

    In line with social distancing, you can browse through hundreds of new and refurbished weighing solutions to buy or hire, as well as take advantage of our special offers online.

Our range includes balances, scales, accessories, and even hard-to-find products such as hand sanitiser.  All products can be delivered in the UK in as little as three business days*.
