Service centre repairs – Where it’s not possible to fix your equipment on-site, portable equipment such as laboratory scales and balances can be taken to our state-of-the-art Service Centre for fast, efficient fixes.

For quality and consistency, repairs that require replacement parts will be fitted using original spares from the respective manufacturer². This will give you peace of mind that all parts are compatible and that your equipment performs to the standard set by the manufacturer.

To ensure the accuracy of your weighing equipment, traceable or UKAS calibrations plus online certification are included with all repairs³. For added convenience, traceable calibrations can be completed as part of Service Centre repairs before equipment is delivered back to your site.
